Glass Heart with Mam on for Mother's Day

A few days ago I posted a picture of a glass heart with Mum engraved on. I was asked if we had a glass heart with Mam on it. So I dragged poor Aled into the engraving room to do some with Mam. What a hero.. here's what he came up with:

Aled: I think my mom’s getting serious about straightening up my room once and for all.
Owain: How do you know?
Aled: She’s learning to drive a bulldozer.

A Glass Snowdon Lily Set for Mother’s Day

A Glass Snowdon Lily Set for Mother’s Day (only 3 Days away!), which in the UK is getting closer (March 10th).
The Snowdon lily grows on the highest mountain in Wales, Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon)
Lloydia serotina is an arctic-alpine flowering plant of the lily family. It is the only member of the genus Lloydia to live outside central and eastern Asia, and is widespread across western North America, from Alaska to New Mexico, and in Europe is found in the Alps and Carpathians, as well as in Great Britain.
It was originally known as mountain spiderwort, but is now known in Great Britain as the Snowdon lily, or in Welsh as brwynddail y mynydd (meaning "rush-leaves of the mountain"). In North America, it is called the common alplily.
Glass flowers like the Snowdon Lily are always a gift on Mothers Day, especially as the flowers don’t need watering. Here’s a picture of the glass Snowdon Lily set:

Son: Dad, do you know the difference between a pack of cookies and a pack of elephants?
Dad: No.
Son: Then it’s a good thing Mum does the grocery shopping!

I saw this conversation between mothers :)

Mom No. 1: How do you get your sleepy-head son up in the morning? Mom No. 2: I just put the cat on the bed. Mom No. 1: How does that help? Mom No. 2: The dog’s already there.
