Glass black and red Chinese Dragon

I've been working on a Glass Black and Red Chinese Dragon and thought you might like a look:
The dragon is made clear. The yellow metal is 22crt gold plating, while the red and black are using lamp lacquer, which are applied after.

I heard a Tommy Cooper joke the other day...
Apparently, 1 in 5 people in the world are Chinese. And there are 5 people in my family, so it must be one of them. It's either my mum or my dad. Or my older brother Colin. Or my younger brother Ho-Cha-Chu. But I think it's Colin. :)

Today I finished a Large Glass Wall Hanging Dragon in pink and blue. It's going to be sent out on Monday... All packed and ready to go. :)

Platinum Coated Glass Dragon On a Slate Wave Base

I made a really nice Platinum Coated Glass Dragon On a Slate Wave Base.
I do know that Mother's day is coming up soon in the UK, so don't take this the wrong way. ;)
It could make a good mother's day gift, although I don't know what response you might get. Especially if it's for the mother-in-law!
The dragon id made of glass with an undercoat of platinum and other oxides overlaid. The slate wave bellow the dragon has crystals up towards the point of the wave.

 Saw this and had to smile :) Mine recons I call her the dragon... she's a lovely mother in law.
 "Lets play charades" my Mother in Law said as she walked into the lounge.
"Enter the Dragon" I shouted.
"We haven't started yet" she replied.

Glass Heart with Mam on for Mother's Day

A few days ago I posted a picture of a glass heart with Mum engraved on. I was asked if we had a glass heart with Mam on it. So I dragged poor Aled into the engraving room to do some with Mam. What a hero.. here's what he came up with:
